Most private label wine programmes start at around 6,000 bottles per wine — a volume that only makes sense for a large buyer. At Old World Wines we work at two different scales: from as little as 630 bottles (one pallet) for a single restaurant or hotel on the Costa Blanca, up to full export volumes for importers, distributors and retail businesses anywhere in the world who want their own wine brand sourced directly from Spain.
For restaurants and hotels on the Costa Blanca
A house wine with a generic label is what most guests already recognise from the supermarket shelf. A private label wine carries your own name, your own story, and sits on the wine list as something guests can only get from you. Where most private label programmes ask for a minimum order of roughly 6,000 bottles per wine to get started, we work in runs of 630 or 1,260 bottles — one or two pallets — so a single restaurant or hotel can have its own label without carrying six months of stock.
For importers, distributors and retailers worldwide
The same private label programme scales beyond the Costa Blanca. We work with importers, distributors, retail chains and wine clubs outside Spain who want a house brand built on wine sourced directly from our winery partners in Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Jumilla and other regions — from a few pallets to full container loads, with pricing and lead times set to match export volumes.
What’s included
- Custom label design and printing — or send us your own artwork, and if it’s already print-ready we send it straight to the printer
- Choice of capsule and cork
- A base wine selected to match your concept, your customers and your price point
- Order volumes from 630 bottles for a single Costa Blanca restaurant, scaling up to full export quantities for larger buyers
Who it’s for
Restaurants, hotels, beach clubs and hospitality groups on the Costa Blanca, and importers, distributors, retailers and wine clubs anywhere in the world — anyone who wants a wine that carries their own name instead of a generic label.
How it works
We start with a tasting — in person on the Costa Blanca, or by sending samples further afield — to select the base wine together, then handle the label design, the production run and delivery. Get in touch for a sample bottle and a quote: no six-figure minimum for a single restaurant, and volume-based pricing for larger export orders.
