J. Fernando Family Wines is a family business built around estate-owned vineyards across Castilla-La Mancha. Its founding estate, Finca Venta de Don Quijote in El Toboso, Toledo, has been in the family since 1997 and produces the group’s IGP Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla range from 600 hectares of ISO 14001-certified vineyard.

Located at 780m altitude in El Toboso, Toledo, the estate grows Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Graciano for reds, and Sauvignon Blanc, Airén, Moscatel, Macabeo and Verdejo for whites, all under IGP Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla and ISO 14001 environmental certification.

The core range spans red blends and varietals from Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside white wines and the Flor Salvaje frizzante.
