Domaine de Fontainebleau en Provence is a Provence estate based in Le Val, Var, producing wine under AOP Côtes de Provence and AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence, alongside an IGP Méditerranée and Vin de France range.

Almost the entire range is certified organic. The estate’s own wines include Château Fontainebleau (Blanc, Rosé, Rouge), the Coteaux Varois en Provence Louis-Baptiste from 55-year-old vines, the single-varietal Chenin blend Sur le Chenin de Fontainebleau, the structured red Jean Max, and the sparkling L’Extra-Brut. The more accessible Le Petit Fontainebleau line is sourced from partner growers, well suited to volume and private label buyers.

Recent recognitions include Terre de Vins Gold 2024, Vignerons Indépendants Silver 2024, and Médaille d’Argent Paris 2025 plus Or at the Vinalies Internationales 2025.
